Where does Huvona ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum purchase required.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If tracking has not updated for 14 days, contact us at info@huvona.com.
Returns
What is the return window?
Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery to request a return. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 calendar days.
What condition must returned items be in?
Items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original tags and SKU-labelled packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. You can request a return and place a new order for the preferred item.
