Refund Policy
Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery to request a return. The delivery date counts as day one.
Return eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original tags and SKU-labelled packaging. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping
After approval, the item must be shipped back within 7 calendar days. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To choose another size or style, request a return and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue.
